OPTION 2 -
COUNTY COURT SUMMONSES, LITIGATION AND ENFORCEMENT
HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT
The price of this option will depend upon; -
Has the company previously been monitored under Option 1?
Yes, Then there's no additional charge to see if Legal Action may be viable.
No, Then I would always advise checking the company out under Option 1
before Legal Action is started. There's no point in paying Court Fees
when there's not much prospect of success.
In most cases I can prepare and issue a summons in around 30 minutes and so my charge would therefore be approx. £7.50 and would come under the 'Basic Package' heading.
Court Fees are based on the amount of the debt and are set by the County Court. I can advise on Court Fees as and when you require them, and if your claim is successful, then these will be automatically recovered from your customer when they settle their claim. You will need to provide payment for Court Fees prior to me issuing a summons for you.
